Charming getaway with cozy vibes
Had an awesome time! The hosts were super friendly and made us feel right at home. I loved the peaceful vibe, especially the sitting room with that cozy fire. The meals? So good! Dinner felt like fine dining, and breakfast was freshly made. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster in the room.

The Wi-Fi is painfully slow!!! Some rooms could use more upkeep with worn carpets squeaking underfoot. The high-sided bathtubs pose difficulties for those with mobility issues, which could be a real problem for some guests!!!

The Double Room was quite nice! It had a cozy feel, with lovely antique touches that made it special. The bed was comfortable, though a bit firmer than I usually prefer. The decor was stylish, fitting the house's character nicely. Plus, the room was clean and spacious, which added to the enjoyment of the stay. Just a slight downside was the Wi-Fi, which wasn't very strong.

The bacon at breakfast was a revelation! that private four-course dinner was the stuff of legends—each bite was magnificent! The main house was like stepping into a cozy time capsule, and Hannah was an absolute gem as a host. I felt right at home, especially with a lovely cup of tea in the library.
While I had a fantastic night’s sleep, there were some squeaky carpets. But honestly, it's a charmer, and it only added to the place's quirks! Who doesn't love a bit of character?
